- As 2008 is the designated as the International Year of the Reef, we set up this blog with the objective to inspire more people to help protect the oceans, especially coral reefs. Our blog also has information about what coral reefs are, their benefits, the threats they are facing, and also actions that you, me and everyone can take to conserve the ocean.
